Nikos Antiohos is a born and bred Paxiot who met his wife Martha, who originates from the UK, while she was holidaying in Paxos in 2000. Having it already in mind to build a business that would complement the unique piece of land he had inherited, work started in February 2001.
Officially opening in May 2001, the business has continued to go from strength to strength and along the way has gained a great number of loyal customers who the couple would now consider great friends. The ethos of Erimitis that Nikos and Martha are trying to evoke is a relaxed, inviting and friendly atmosphere with a high standard of service and quality products.
The main menu for 2021 has been developed by head chef Stefanos Kokkalis and is a blend of simple and superior quality ingredients with a unique twist, but still in keeping with the traditions of Paxiot cuisine. The dessert menu has been created by 2 Michelin * pastry chef Adonis Selekos.
