who we are

Nikos Antiohos is a born and bred Paxiot who met his wife Martha, who originates from the UK, while she was holidaying in Paxos in 2000. Having it already in mind to build a business that would complement the unique piece of land he had inherited, work started in February 2001.

Officially opening in May 2001, the business has continued to go from strength to strength and along the way has gained a great number of loyal customers who the couple would now consider great friends. The ethos of Erimitis that Nikos and Martha are trying to evoke is a relaxed, inviting and friendly atmosphere with a high standard of service and quality products.

The business itself is divided into two separate areas, the restaurant and the bar

The restaurant on the left hand side of the venue is set up in a contemporary style with white linen tablecloths and napkins and enjoys stunning views of the sunset and cliffs.

our cuisine

The menu for 2017 has been developed by Erimitis’ new chef Sotiris Vasileiou and is a blend of simple, tasty ingredients with a unique twist but still in keeping with the traditions of Paxiot cuisine.

Nikos and Martha would like every visitor to Erimitis Bar & Restaurant to feel as they would if they were to visit them in their own home. They welcome everyone, especially families and children, children are specially catered for with the dedicated kids menu and play area.

The bar is set on the right side of the venue and is a slightly more relaxed setting but still enjoys beautiful panoramic and sunset views. The bar serves cocktails, aperitifs, soft drinks and the like and a new bar menu has been introduced to offer guests a little snack to accompany their beverage.

about your visit in Erimitis

1. RESERVE A TABLE
There are times in high season when the restaurant becomes very busy so it is advisable to reserve a table in the restaurant beforehand, there is no need to book in the bar area, just turn up in good time and find yourself a table.
2. TIPS FOR DRESSING
As it can get a light breeze once the sun has set, it is important to bring something to put on later in the evening.
